I’m extremely passionate about a root-cause, science-first approach to healing your body. My passion for nutrition and helping others stems from my own health journey. Being diagnosed with MS at 19, in a wheel chair in my 20’s, I knew there had to be a way to gain control of my own health. I made simple, sustainable changes to the food I was eating and the lifestyle I was living and a magical transformation took place. I lost 40 lbs without “dieting”, my MS symptoms faded to where I can say I have MS but MS doesn’t have me. From a wheelchair to a marathoner I am here share my expertise, education and experience to help you reach your optimal health.
